INFORMATION ON SHIPMENTS
All our shipments are entrusted to GLS express courier, ensuring reliability and constant traceability. We process orders within 24 business hours of receiving payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (EXTRA-EU)
We offer fast delivery service worldwide via express courier(DHL, UPS, FedEx).
For all Extra-EU destinations, shipments are made in DAP (Delivered At Place) mode:
the cost of transportation is included, while any customs charges, import taxes or customs clearance costs remain the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested by the courier upon delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Under current regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the package.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

For returns to be accepted, items must be returned in the following condition:

  • Untouched and in the original condition of receipt.
  • Never worn, never used and never washed.
  • Complete with all original tags still attached.
  • Hygienic protection intact and never removed.

WARNING:
If the hygienic protection is removed, tampered with or damaged, the return cannot be accepted for sanitary reasons and a refund will not be issued.

RETURN PROCEDURE (Digital + Paper)
For proper handling of your return, follow these steps:

  1. Online Request:
    Click on the "START A RETURN" link at the bottom of this page. Enter the email used for your purchase and select the items to return.
  2. Paper Form:
    Fill out the paper return form you found inside the original package in its entirety.
  3. Package Preparation:
    Place the completed form inside the package along with the items. Make sure the package is tightly sealed.
  4. Shipping:
    Once your online request has been approved, you will receive a GLS label and shipping instructions via email.

SHIPPING COSTS AND REFUNDS

  • Return charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or nonconforming items.
  • Refunds, net of shipping charges for pickup, will be processed within 14 days of receipt and verification of product integrity at our warehouses.

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

When can I return an item?

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery by notifying info@salsedine.it by email or by filling out the form below. The product must be returned within 14 days of your notice.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

When will I receive the refund?
